Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) Policy Two Hearts

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Two Hearts enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual exploitation and abuse. Any content, behavior, or activity involving the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement and child protection authorities.

2. Age Restriction

Two Hearts is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts, access the platform, communicate with users, or submit content of any kind.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly forbidden:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) as defined by applicable law
  • Sexualized content involving a minor (real, fictional, illustrated, animated, or implied)
  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication involving minors
  • Role-play or fantasy involving minors in a sexual context
  • Requests for or distribution of CSAM or exploitative material

4. Detection, Prevention, and Monitoring

Two Hearts uses automated tools, human moderation, and user reports to proactively identify and prevent violations where legally permitted.

5. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to immediately report suspected violations using in-app tools or official support channels.

6. Enforcement Actions

Actions may include permanent account termination, removal of content, data preservation, and reporting to law enforcement or NCMEC as required by law.

7. Cooperation With Authorities

Two Hearts fully cooperates with law enforcement and child safety organizations and complies with all legal reporting obligations.

8. User Responsibility

Users must comply with this policy and all applicable laws. Claims of ignorance or fictional intent do not excuse violations.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
